We had bumped into a unique new brand of instant noodles from a company called “Mawai”. Initially, we thought that it might have been a combination of two current industry giants in the local instant noodle sector, but after looking at it carefully, we realized that it was an entirely different company with a totally different take on the instant noodle product.

They say that their instant noodles are overflowing with nutritional benefits due to the addition of functional ingredients that include L-Carnitine, Omega 3, and Collagen. The different product varieties are gears towards different lifestyles such as the Kid Bowl with added DHA and Omega 3, or a Beauty Bowl for women with collagen for instance. All products are MSG-free with virtually no cholesterol. Looks like an interesting concept to market. To consider the nutritional value at 49 Baht per bowl however, I personally would rather spend it on some fermented sausage at my local store (j/k).
